"The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and kind. Although I made my reservation on Hotels.com, Brandon was able to assist me with a canceled reservation and the rebooked reservation. He was very easy to talk to and was willing to make accommodations for my Mom's and I late arrival. When I had to call to let staff know my flight was delayed, Emily made certain my Mom was able to check in. She also offered to hold a packaged breakfast for me and much more. They both went beyond the call of duty! My mom reported to me that the hotel was beautiful, clean, well-kept, breakfast was good and staff were amazingly helpful. She said that is where we would be staying when we return to Miami. Thank you Hampton Inn Miami Wynwood Design District."

"We had no issues at all, we had an issue with the in room safe and was sort of fixed right away. The property is a little dated, however think of where we were, smack in the middle of the Art Deco district. The property has a lot of charm, the location is great, again South Beach right in the Art Deco district. Overall a great experience, the manager Alexandra, was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely return."
