"Juan from the front desk was very helpful and polite. Our room was beautiful, spacious and stacked with all the toiletries and amenities we needed. The view of plaza España and gran via from our balcony was amazing ! "

"Excellent place. Is close to a bus station that take you very easy to downtown and very cheap, like 1.50 euros one way. Also parking lot has but you have to pay. About the property it was clean, nice lobby, our room was nice the bed was comfy. I mean was a good hotel. The staff was very nice they told us about the bus station and places to go and things to do."
