"Bathroom shower was not safe for older adult. Very slippery tub, nothing to hold onto getting in and out of shower. On second floor so could hear people above us. Room was like a great apartment. Downtown location was wonderful, but parking was 1.5 blocks away with tight parking spaces."

"I was going to an art exhibit at the Biltmore and needed a hotel close by. This hotel was right off an I40 exit and across from an outlet mall with various eating options. The check in went smoothly and I was asked about my choice of floors for my room. The staff at both check in and out were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. "

"We have stayed this hotel before. We really like it. This time, there was a staff shortage. Our toilet ran the duration of our 2 day stay. The front desk told us twice there was no maintenance worker available. When we checked out, we told the front desk again about the toilet. He told us there were no notes related to our room about this issue. He assured us it would repaired. "
