"Check in after arrival was easy. The shuttle was great. The slides were awesome. I left my phone in the bathroom in the water dome and went back for it two minutes later to find it was gone. I checked several counters to see if anyone had turned it in. I started to worry after 30 minutes but one staff member who was working the towel station went above and beyond to find it. "

"This place was wonderful. The best place to stay in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Lots of different things to do! Swim, Eat, Arcade Games and Gem Mining! Very easy access to get to everything. The rooms were so clean and very cozy! "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Updated room with fireplace that worked very well. Everything was clean and well maintained. Loved the pool, hot tub, and cafe!!! Great place to stay!!!"

"The location was clean and secure. Staff was incredibly friendly. Daisy with housekeeping was a total sweetheart and did an amazing job. We spent 5 days there during Christmas and were surprised at how quiet and serene everything was. Zero noise from other rooms or the hallway. The breakfast was economical and good. We will definitely return next year."
