The staff were very nice. The hotel appeared to be brand new so was pristine. LOVED the rooftop tavern. The food was high quality and delicious. I can see why it got packed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Room was moderately clean. Did have some pet hair from the previous people that stayed there. Overall cleanliness was 8.5/10. The staff was very friendly and made our stay feel like home. The amenities were great the outdoor patio area with the fireplaces and lounge chair area was very nice very clean! The room was great and the cleaning staff was very polite and professional and brought us towels and wash clothes and cleaned the trash cans out daily on our 4 night stay. I would rate our overall experience a 9.7/10. Our Mountain View room not to mention was excellent.

The room was very clean, and thoughtfully designed. The closet, shoe rack and extra wall hooks were perfect for all the extra winter layers. The view from the room was beautiful, with views of the mountain line. The staff was kind and overall friendly.
