"What we liked. The staff was AMAZING. Food was was good. We will be back! Great for kids. What we did NOT like. We were in the HEAVEN section. Room 2308.The room gets a 2. VERY disappointing. We had outlets falling out of the wall, the jacuzzi tub did not work, some outlets so worn they would not hold a charger. The shower leaked under the wall into the toilet area. Shelf was rotting under the refrigerator. The sensors for the sliding door were intermittent. ( These sensors are for turning off the A/C if the upstairs or the sliding door are left open. We will still be back as the rest of it was that good."

"Great trip, bar hours are a bit odd, 11-8pm. Great experience overall. I loved being able to snorkel righ at the resort 😍. Only wish would be free shuttle to and from the airport. "

"The ocean was slightly visible from my room. The room and buildings were kept clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were kept clean. There was always people working outside to keep the property maintained. The buffet food wasn’t the greatest but the à la cartes were very good."
