Bloomington hotel rooms a the Hyatt Hotels

"This hotel was awful. There were no microwave or refrigerator in the room. People were noisey and loud. I was scared to go to sleep. There was a man sitting on the floor at the end of the hallway with no shirt on. The customers look like they on drugs. I smelled marijuana in the hallways. The next morning when I was trying to leave there were police everywhere on the premises. I felt unsafe the whole time. "
