"Everything was awesome! We stayed here for 1 night to enjoy the time in Richmond for my daughter’s 9th birthday. Staff was great especially Nichole, one of the front door employees. She was awesome and very helpful especially when she found out it was my daughters birthday!"

"Check-in was quick. Not the friendliest staff at the front desk but they did their job. Our room was relatively clean. The bathroom definitely could have used some more attention. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but still smelled like smoke. Our room neighbors were having a fight around 4am Check out was quick and easy "
