"Very friendly helpful staff. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was so soft! It's a smaller hotel in a great location, and easy to navigate to/from. The room decor (ans the decor throughout the property) is beautiful. This is our new "go to" hotel in the downtown Orlando. I highly recommended!!"

"The staff was kind of poor. I asked for someone to come fix my tv an they said I’d be a priority, well I waited an no one ever came. I could never get thru to front desk I always had to walk down there. The ice machine on the 5th floor is broken an I had asked for ice 5 times in 2 days. Nobody ever brought any until I left a note for the housekeeper, an she got me some. When we first arrived on the 27th of March, there’s was strings of hair stuck to the bathroom shower wall. & no can liners in the trash cans. But housekeeping was amazing. "
