"Everything was great. The room was in perfect condition and enormous. Everything was clean. Confortable bed. The garden was beautiful and quiet.
Two things to improve:
Water: when taking a shower, the water takes a long time to heat up and its difficult to regulate the temperature. Or too hot or too cold.
Breakfast: maybe a bit more of variety of food in breakfast.

"Modern rooms and great air conditioning. Reception staff very responsive, helpful and polite. It’s the only hotel in the area with dancing floor and amazing terasa for entertainment. Beautiful events and very safe to enjoy till late in the night. Definitely I look forward to go back for future festivals. "

"Advertised as a Bed and Breakfast, we arrived to discover that the host wasn't serving breakfast in Low Season. He then argued further and told us that we were getting a good deal, although my husband showed him other hotels for less that included breakfast. The parking area was littered with garbage the bathroom had black mold in the shower and behind the sink and toilet walls. None of the blinds were operational. There was only enough hot water for 1/2 a shower. The WIFI wouldn't connect and...

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything.
For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved.
On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests.
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare.
