"Lovely family who were very smiley but the room was appalling, paint all in th3 wrong places, bathroom cupboard broken, light switch covers missing, jacuzzi didn’t work, furniture literally falling apart. The worst was that the fire escape map on the back of our door was for the wrong hotel!"

The host (Murat?) tried to get me to pay at the property before checking out even though the room was paid for in advance fully. I had to show him the Expedia receipt. There was no water pressure in our bathroom and we had to turn off the AC as it was making a whining sound that really got on my teenager son's nerves.
