I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel and the room were not properly cleaned. The overall cleanliness was far below what I would expect from any hotel. The location was also very inconvenient, being much farther from the city centre than expected. On top of that, several facilities in the room were in poor condition. The shower was broken, the bathroom sink was damaged, and there was visible mould in the bathroom, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The condition of the room was so unacceptable that I regretted my booking on the same day I checked in. In fact, I decided to check out the very same day and move to a different hotel because I did not feel comfortable staying there.

don’t waste your money

From the moment we arrived, we realised that the hotel looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, the bed was dirty, yellow and definitely slept in, while the shower was full of mould. The floors were full of dust and we couldn’t walk without shoes. There were cobwebs and spiders all around, and the door wouldn’t lock unless locked first and harshly pulled. We ended up going out for an hour to decide what to do, and when we came back the whole floor of the 1st floor where we were meant to be staying had a big puddle of water that was continuously expanding, probably coming from another room. This was the last push for us and we ended up packing our bags at 10.30 pm and left the hotel to find somewhere else to stay. We had just arrived from Kos Island and had a flight to London the next morning so it was definitely very inconvenient. As we were waiting for a taxi outside, the whole electricity of the hotel was shut off (probably due to a health hazard with the flooding), and we realised we left at the exact right time.

Buraya bırakın otel veya apart demeyi günlük oda kiralama tesisi bile denmez. Telefonda ve lafta çok ilgili gibi gözüken bu ekip (başta patron) sadece daha fazla para kazanacak şekilde düşük kalite, oda değiştirerek yeni rezervasyon kaçırmama gibi işlerle meşgul. Özetle sokakta kalmamak için 1 gece kalınabilir ama tatil için asla.

Duble odada kaldık, banyo tuvalet yeterli ayrıca buz kullanmadık ama kullanabileceğiniz mutfak tezgahı ve keattle da bulunmakta, temizlik konusunda gayet iyiydi. Konum olarak çok iyi, kötü olarak yorum yapmak gerekirse; odalarda ses yalıtımı konusunda sıkıntı var yan odada olan biten her şeyi sizde rahatlıkla duyabiliyorsunuz özellikle geceleri bununla birlikte daire giriş kapısı kilit bölüma eski kilitlerden ve dışerıden içerisi görünüyor kilidin değiştirilmesi gerek onun dışında iyi.

Otele ulaşmak için büyük bir otoparkı geçmeniz gerekiyor, odalar çok eski ve bakımsız. Kaldığımız banyonun dusakabinin parçaları eksikti ve heryer şu oldu. Giderleri yeterli çekim yapmadigindan sular gölleniyor. Kapı kilitleri çok güvensiz. Percerelerin kolları çıkık. Verdikleri tek yatak dahil hepsi çok rahatsız edici. Klimanın eski olması nedeniyle odayı soğutmak için 2 saat zaman geçmeli. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil standart bir tabak geliyor. Tek artısı konumu.

Site uzerinden yaptigimiz rezervasyondaki kisi sayisi olsun odadaki yatak bilgileri olsun .otele giris yaparken bizde oyle degil odalarimiz 2 kisilik siye tutturdular ekstra ucret istediler. Ekran goruntuleri bilgilerinde yazanlara ragmen israrla satin alinani yapmadilar. Ukala bir sekilde bizde oyle oda yok dediler.. mecbur olundugu icin kalındı bir daha asla .Sitede yazanlara inanmayin arayip dogrulayip alın kapida ekstralar cikariyorlar...

Oda aşırı kullanışsız otelde ilgilenen beyfendiden bir fırça yemediğimiz kalmıştı. Kahvaltıya sadece 10dk geç indik diye hemen ücret talep edildi. Odanın kliması soğuk üflemiyordu dedim bir bakayım filtresine bi açtım filtre de pislikten halı oluşmuştu resmen kendim düzelttim de rahat uyku uyudum. Fiyatı uygun evet ama biraz da özen gerekli. Yok ses yapmayın yok şu yok bu otele mi geldik şişli etfal morguna mı geldik bilemedim.
