"Breakfast was poor, kids running around the bar area all night"

"The room was clean but the bed was hard and you needed binoculars to see the TV. We stayed in Kent hall and it seemed like an old office block that has been turned into bedrooms. Breakfast wasn't that great sausages and bacon were overcooked and dry. The parking was not that great either."

"Great location for the international arena, hotel was well maintained and clean although the room was a bit cold and the hot water in the bath/shower was scalding or freezing and the hand basin didn’t get hot. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was great, I would recommend."

"I only have an issue with the Spa Center that the Jacuzzi was not clean, dirty residue around water line. However the swimming pool was nice and clean and the changing rooms very nice and clean also. My room was spotless and lovely decor and clean bathroom. Very happy with it. Staff were also very nice. breakfast was very nice, freshly cooked hot breakfast alongside buffet. I would have given higher stars had all areas been clean. I would happily return to this hotel again. "

"Have stayed at this Hotel many times and the rooms have been good but this time we had to ask to be moved as the sofa had hairs all over it where a dog had been lying! A staff member who came up to check said dogs are not usually allowed on the third floor! we were not impressed!"
