OUTSTANDING!! What a super find; this beautiful guest house is just perfect! Close to the NEC and some great restaurants and pubs for dinner. The house is set in lovely gardens and is expertly run by the owner, Victoria, who is warm, welcoming and professional in every way, and totally guest-focused; nothing is too much trouble. The room we had was spacious, overlooking the gardens, and had everything you could possibly want, from thoughtful touches like a small torch to a charging station for tech, wifi, etc etc, the list is endless!! I would go so far as to say it is the most well-thought-out set of amenities I have ever come across! Everything is spotlessly clean and fresh, we had a truly super stay!! We stayed a night at the lovely Barncroft luxury guest house the hostess was absolutely amazing and the rooms are wonderful. We slept very well in very comfortable beds and had a fresh and tasty breakfast. We have already booked again

Absolutely lovely guest house! Spotlessly clean, felt like a home from home. We only stayed one night as was attending crufts...wish we booked 2 to vome back and relax there. Owner was lovely and so welcoming. Breakfast was yummy and was offered anything we wanted. Would definitely stay again

Bancroft Hotel was a lovely place to stay, the bed was comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated to clean and tidy and had all the amenities you could think of available. Vikki was always on hand to help and pleasant to deal with. I stay two nights while attending a conference at the NEC Birmingham and cannot recommend enough the the short journey time but distance it gave me from the event.

Ideal place to stay

Lovely clean modern guesthouse lots of nice touches in the room, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits plus some squash sachets which were welcome. Will definitely stay again if I need to visit Birmingham or the NEC. Landlady very pleasant and friendly too.
