"We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time."
"It not provides beach towel, they said we must buy beach towels if we wantvto have one. There is beach but need to have a long walk through other property, there are no sunbed, just chairs...there are nothing around hotel need to take a car and have a long drive to find restaurants. Breakfast from 6:30 till 9am :(. We paid more than average in the area, thinking maybe we can get a nice hotel but it was not worth for what we paid for. The bathroom has a bad smell. "Pools and beach access was great. Breakfast buffet was very good and the resort restaurant food was good as well. There's a convenient store across the street that is super useful and stocked with plenty of drinks, water, snacks, and alcohol. There's nothing else to do or go to within walking distance of the resort though. "
