Competent and useful concierge and front desk staff always warmly greeted us, and transportation was always readied and at the door. Housekeeping kept our rooms clean and well stocked. Breakfast was not as elaborate as the Ritz-Carlton or other 5-star hotels provide, but still most satisfying and the white tablecloth and professional wait staff superior. Will absolutely stay here again when in Istanbul, as the superior experience is accentuated by its ready proximity to everything. Again, a thoroughly superior experience!"
