"We stayed here on a spur of the moment trip and were happy to see the area. We have stayed at Hard Rock hotels previously so appreciate the brand. This hotel is getting dated, but we had a clean room and a few hours of fun at the casino (thanks Kristi for being a great server!). In the room, some of the functionality was strange, for example, there were plugins UNDER the desk (requiring you to get on the floor to plug things in) and the light switch for the toilet room was on the wall behind the big main bathroom door. But, again, we appreciated the amenities such as Dunkin and the proximity to several restaurants and another larger casino for a walkable visit. It was too cool to swim when we were here but it looks like a fun pool. "

"Rooms are basic, but clean. Staff could definitely be better, and building smells. 1 of the elevatora got stuck! Pool is nice and the hot tub, but id skip the Bubba Gump restaurant too."

"I had to deep clean our room upon arrival- floors were dirty and sticky, counters were dirty, and walls had mysterious substances on them. Our room budded up to the smoking rooms so you could smell the cigarette/marijuana smoke through the walls. Paint and walls were peeling (water damage) in the bathrooms and mold on the ceiling. We stayed a week here (Friday-Friday) and they ran out of all breakfast items by the third morning so we didn’t actually have that Amenity. Most of the staff were nice, friendly, and helpful apart from one lady who was absolutely rude and dismissive when we brought up the conditions. ALSO- train tracks run right next to the hotel so be prepared to hear that at all hours."
