The location is very convenient if you're staying in Ocean Springs for the nearby shops and restaurants and it's convenient if you're staying in Biloxi because it's right across the bridge. We were looking for a lower price because we're not in the room much so it was the best price compared to other places around. It wasn't perfect but it was a good stay. Beds were comfortable

The staff was very courteous. The location was convenient to walk to downtown, and the rooms were fine. However, a railroad track literally runs feet behind the motel, and train whistles blew three separate times throughout the middle of the night, making it impossible to get good sleep.

If you’re on a budget but want to be close to the strip, this is your room.. the staff was friendly and looks family operated. It was quiet and the room was spacious and clean. Two nights I paid less then $150. Couldn’t beat it
