"There were a few roaches and a hole in bathtub. It was sticky and stuffy inside. There was a smell. Just wasn’t comfortable at all. Beds were really worn in. We should have stayed two nights we left after one "

"Between 2.5 & 3 star experience. Everything was borderline acceptable. The staff is doing just enough to keep you from complaining. Irritating things to expect: - Constant shortage of wash cloths. Shower curtain only gives about 70% coverage. Really poor selection at breakfast. Fairly rowdy crowd on weekend evenings. Large water slides only open about 4 hours a day. This fact hits harder when they take on over $30 a night beyond their advertised price as a "resort" fee when the only thing "resort" is a small water park whose slides are closed most of day. We primarily stayed for the water park for our 3 year old just don't expect what you see in the pictures. Finally, this hotel Is 20 miles & 40 min from Disney. So you spend 80 min / 40 miles daily just driving to and from Disney. I would say ONLY stay here if you are getting an outstanding deal, And bring your own wash cloths."

"Room was damp and smelled musty. Curtains had mold on them. Door coming into room had 2” gap beneath it. Completely open to the out doors. Wound up leaving 5 minutes after walking into the room and found a different hotel. "

"Pool was closed. There’s a huge dumpster and loose articles from where they’re updating rooms. We had to ask for towels and blankets; no wash cloths. No hair dryer, which wasn’t listed but I always just assume is there. There were gouges at the bottom of our door and it was so humid that the sheets were wet. We had to turn the a/c down to 65 and freeze or sleep on damp sheets. The shower wouldn’t get hot on the first night until you turned it down where there was almost no pressure. The second night, we never got it warm. One took a like warm shower. I gave up and ended up not showering. Someone entered our room while we were away even though nothing was cleaned and nothing was left. The hotel has short term rental; so, a lot of the other guests are residents. They require a $100 deposit; I guess to ensure you don’t steal the see through towels. The front desk and maintenance were great. I was also impressed with the size of the refrigerator. It had an actual freezer big enough to put items in."

"Room was fairly clean, bathroom counter was a little dirty. The table lamp that has the extra outlets did not work so there was only one available outlet for all of our chargers."

"At arrival you receive (through a shoe box window) a small towel, 1 remote and 1 key. All must be returned to get your $20 back. No one"

"Tons of people smoking weed out front of their rooms. Found tons of bed bugs in each of our beds. Other people hair caught in the sheets and other places of the room. Definitely wasn’t expecting a resort, but this place is sketchy and dirty. Ended up leaving with my family and found a different hotel."

"This Huge House Is Like A Rental House With A Bunch Of Roomates. Loved How Big And Spacious The House And Outdoor Pool Is. Mirtha Is A Long Term Guest And Was Very Infomative And Helpful. The Room We Had Was Perfect For My Partner And I Even When The Bathroom Was Outside Of Our Room It Was Just Down The Same Hall. You Do Share The Whole Kitchen/Living and Dinning Room. Thankfully All The Guest ain The House Were Kind. We Stayed For A Week And I Really Can’t Complain Besides The Parking Which Was Confusing At First. But Besides That Everything Was Great The Area Is Gatted With Security. There’s 2 Large Fridges That’s Are Divided By Room Numbers For Space. We Will Eventualy Be Back But With The Kids And The Rest Of The Family. Customer Service Over The Phone Was Also Very Helpful And Responded Very Fast To Any Of Our Concerns."
