Housekeeping was very accommodating, and all the staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with a 7-Eleven and motorbike rental just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials or get around the island. That said, walking around the area was a bit challenging due to the lack of proper sidewalks, and dining options nearby were limited, with only a couple of nice restaurants within easy reach. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially for those planning to explore Koh Samui by motorbike or relax by the pool with a view."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay at Secret Garden Beach Resort in Koh Samui! The room was beautiful, modern, and very private, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant had delicious, reasonably priced food, and if you want to explore, there are plenty of other great eating options nearby, including convenience stores like 7-Eleven just steps away. The beach is absolutely stunning, with easy access right from the resort. The front desk helped us book day trips to nearby islands, making everything smooth and hassle-free—they know which piers to use and provide good prices, which is such a time-saver. While I would have loved kayak rentals nearby, and jet skis and hydroboards are pricey (though fun to watch!), the massages were very reasonable, and the pool is cute, even if most people will spend their time on the beach. The hotel decor is gorgeous, and walking through the property feels like stepping into a lush, peaceful oasis. The bathrooms were beautiful, and the free breakfast was excellent—no need to pre-order, just enjoy it when you’re ready. The staff went above and beyond, including helping my group get to a day trip on short notice, which was amazing. The casual, relaxed vibe of the resort makes it feel welcoming and stress-free. Overall, this resort offers great value, stunning beach access, excellent food, and amazing staff. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui!"

"We had a beachfront room which was perfect - the pool was amazing and the beach was right beyond the pool. The food and service was excellent. All the staff at this hotel was wonderful! It was a short cab ride to Fisherman's village which we liked. And the area was relatively quiet which we also liked."

"I really enjoyed my stay and even booked an additional night stay. Only a couple of minor issues. One was easily corrected, the second issue was upon check in i was given an email for a free coconut. The manager explained that was the previous ownerships offer and wasnt included. Pretty odd outcome, but honestly everyone amd everything was splendid. Will return! Great job"

"I stayed at PK for 7 days. Upon arriving I was able to check in early which was great. I had the whole top floor to myself which included a private bedroom with a queen and twin bed and A/C plus a door with a lock. Also included was a large living room area with seating, a couch, fridge and massive tv as well as the bathroom which included body wash and shampoo. Everything was in great condition anf very pricey and was very clean. They take very good care of this place. The location is great, right beside 7/11 and a pharmacy and right across from a beach and money conversion shop ATM. A bar downstairs too. Tons of restaurants everywhere as well. Everything I needed was in walking distance. Oh! And no need to walk and find a place to do your laundry because they’ll do it here for a very very reasonable price. Saving the best for last, the employees were so helpful and friendly, especially the owner. I felt truly welcomed and accommodated and would stay here again 100 times over without hesitation:) Thank you to everyone at PK truly some of the best customer service I’ve had I wish you all well !!
