"My son and i were there for a short break. The concept of the hotel and the rooms are absolutely stunning. We loved every minute of stay. The amenities in the room, the comfy bed, spacious bathroom room size is great. To wake up to a delicious in room nespresso coffee with a top quality biscuit and ferrero chocolate, fantastic. Would definitely highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Special thanks to Marina for the wonderfully warm welcome and attentiveness to our comfort during our stay, also for providing us with helpful information about the area. "Great location, big car park and handy that you can park outside your block. Nice large room that was modern and comfortable with a balcony and large bathroom. Suggestion would be hooks on bathroom door and bedroom door as no where to hang coats. Also the bedspread and display pillows need to be cleaned. Apart from that, 4 mins to Chipping Norton and 8 mins to farm shop, would stay again. Good for kids as could have close rooms. Thought lift was excellent and interactions that we had with staff were great. Did not purchase breakfast. "

"Gym / Spa not included. Bed was lumpy. Lounge music at dinner was too loud and had adverts. No PAT testing undertaken on any appliances in room, some emergency lights were requiring servicing. Dinner was ok - steak swimming in blood, broccoli had salt added, and skin on fries were no skin on as well as solid overly salted. "
