"We had an incredible time. Everyone was genuinely kind, always offering a smile and kind words. The restaurant was world-class. From fresh squeezed juices and homemade yogurt to traditional Thai dishes. All were superb! The pool was a wonderful spot to relax. It was safely guarded by staff 24/7 and felt incredibly safe and quiet. We decided to indulge in a sound bath and manna massage. Nan was both my masseuse and lead the sound bath we attended. We were so impressed with her knowledge and genuine kindness throughout our stay. The place was very clean and the rooms were spacious and even offered a nice balcony to lounge in. I will definitely be back and hope to check out the other Aleenta properties as well! "

Our room featured a bathtub on the balcony, which quickly became a ritualistic spot for unwinding in the evening while enjoying the peaceful sounds of the surrounding garden and stream. The attention to detail, from the lovely teakwood furniture to the well-stocked minibar and excellent air conditioning, made the room a genuine pleasure to return to. ​Service and Staff (5/5) ​For a long stay, consistent service is crucial, and the Proud Phu Fah team excelled. Every staff member, from reception to the restaurant crew, was professional, genuinely friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Their promptness in assisting with transportation (which is necessary given the hotel’s location) and their cheerful demeanor truly enhanced the atmosphere. They made us feel less like guests and more like welcomed residents "

"Overall, they were really good, the only two things we found a little down was the breakfast being cold at 9.20am ( the rice ) , and ordering a taxi, the reception was not that great with it, otherwise, the staff and the rooms were good, one more thing , the lift tend to close before you get in , when a few people get off and you have to wait, then it closes immediately, dose not allow U enough time to get in ."
