"Stayed here for two nights and found it clean and convenient. However, this place is let down badly by poorly trained staff who make no effort to make customers feel welcome or at ease. The hotel is nice enough but does not seem to be cut out for the International traveler, due to its extremely limited breakfast choices and staff that are not trained at all for displaying politeness or proper ettiquate "

"My wife was travelling alone and had booked a Non-Smoking Room but instead the front desk allocated a Smoking Room to her only after 2 days my wife realised and she raised it with the manager after which they changed her into a Non-Smoking Room. This is totally out of order as Smoking Rooms should only be allocated if you have asked for and inspite of other rooms available the front desk had the audacity to allocate a Smoking Room to my wife. Also we had pre-booked the hotel and got the dates...
