"Old rooms. Pool full of birds, smell is awfull. Breakfast is only local, no international kitchen. Service by staff is inflexible and stiff. After 8pm the place is a ghost town. No bar, no dinner opportunities. They ignore DND signs. "

"My wife was travelling alone and had booked a Non-Smoking Room but instead the front desk allocated a Smoking Room to her only after 2 days my wife realised and she raised it with the manager after which they changed her into a Non-Smoking Room. This is totally out of order as Smoking Rooms should only be allocated if you have asked for and inspite of other rooms available the front desk had the audacity to allocate a Smoking Room to my wife. Also we had pre-booked the hotel and got the dates...
