Park close by, fantastic breakfast with a wide menu and long hours, and nice restaurants for dinner/drinks/snacks. Gym was also great with all the equipment one would want including rowers! Would definitely stay here again - only thing to nitpick would be to have a summary of the property and surrounding areas at the time of check in.

What really stood out during my stay was the exceptional hospitality. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, and the overall property is beautifully managed. However, the highlight was truly the staff. A special thanks to the team at the front desk—especially the manager on duty during check-in—who was extremely courteous, efficient, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The same level of professionalism and warmth was evident during the evening function, where the staff ensured everything ran smoothly and guests were well taken care of. Excellent service, attention to detail, and a consistently high standard of hospitality made the stay memorable. I would definitely recommend The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake and look forward to returning.

We spent a short 4-5 hours overnight as a stopover for our early morning flight. Ride to the international airport took less than 10 minutes (at 5 am). We would spend a full day and night here if the opportunity presents in future.

Beware of Hotels.com cencellation

The Westin Mumbai is a very good hotel with professional staff. I was very impressed with the support given by the Desk Manager Mr Yashvardhan Bhutra. I had mistakenly booked both the Westin Hotel and the Sister Hotel Next doo Lakeside Marriot. If I had booked directly with Marriot group my hotel fees for the Lakeside Marriot would have been refunded in full. This is not the case if you book using Hotels.com. After being challenged and supported by Mr Bhutra I eventually received one of my two nights as a refund but Hotels.com refused to refund my second night. My advice is not to pay through Hotels.com and if possible joint a hotel loyalty program such as Marriot. This allows you credit which can be more generous comp[ared to Hotels.com and will allow full refund for mistakes similar to the double booking I made. My experience following up with Hotels.com was frustrating and they tried to blame everything on the Lakeside Marriot.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view over the lake was fantastic. I've stayed several times. I go back because the pool is large, with lots of loungers and the breakfast has best variety of any hotel breakfast in the city. The staff is excellent, both friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that there are posted rules for areas and the staff follows through with the rules, even when some customers complain. For instance, while at the pool recently, I saw a father arguing with the staff because he had put his young daughter in the pool in regular clothes. They pointed out that she needed to be in proper swim attire. He argued and yelled, but they held firm. Congratulations and well done to the staff!
