"A truly delightful hotel in a convenient location with excellent staff and facilities. Impossible to fault overall - 2 tips… dont park under the trees in front of the building. I dont know what the birds eat, but they eat A LOT of it. Then theres steps….pack light, you’ll be hauling your luggage up a LOT of steps :-) - its a 13th century manor house, lifts werent a “thing” !"

"This B&B was exceptional. The attention to detail was out of this world. It felt almost like staying in a top class hotel. Everything was laid on and Helen was superb in anticipating everthing I needed. And the breakfast - well - no words to describe how great it was. Again the attention to the smallest detail was fantastic. Will certainly stay here again if I'm in the area. Well Done!"

"Staff were very good, facilities in the room were good - the environment lovely with the WsterMill and the stream - good bed - good black out curtains - welcome water / enough tea for morning and evening - breakfast plentiful - but to tinned fruit - rather than fresh - not very inviting croissants - did not have cooked breakfast - we would stay again - pleasant modern design - welcoming staff!!!"

"The room was compact but clean and comfortable; however its position on the ground floor at the front of the hotel meant that the busy road was just a pavement width from the window and the road noise was loud, intrusive and constant. I expect the rooms at the rear of the hotel would offer a quieter experience. The food at the hotel’s restaurant over the road was good quality and value. The staff were friendly and helpful, and worked hard to service the hotel reception and restaurant over the...
