I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. "Mountain View’s from the room were amazing. The facilities in the spa were some of the best we’ve used in any hotel. Great food selection at breakfast. Staff were ultra accommodating and very helpful. Location is absolutely brilliant, right in the centre of Grindelwald. "

"We stayed in the spa area and wow the room was big and amazing! My favorite room of all time. The service matched, everyone so polite and kind. We stayed for three days which was not enough. Ate at two of the restaurants both amazing and even bought a sweater at the shop to stay warm on the Jungfraujoch “Top of Europe”. This is the place to stay no question. Wish we would have booked more time at this hotel!"
