"Dear Hotel Team, I would like to share my experience during my stay. First, the self check-in machine was not working. It was not only me — three other people also could not check in. The next day we asked the staff why it was not working, and they said that the machine often has these problems. Because of this, I had to wait outside the entrance for two hours.
