The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. "The property itself was charming enough. Room was clean, and had nice in-room coffee offering. Check in process was unclear, and app wasn't intuitive. What impressed me most was that it was quiet.....
For a family Oberhausen has everything: Good schools....ice skating....beautiful football field.....a forest 100 meters from the hotel.... great bakeries....
The restuarant in the hotel was fantastic....
Nice people....great food.....
The steak, literally, was like butter.....
And my guests said their food was also delicious....
It's NOT Las Vegas.....
