Our check-in experience was personalised, with staff referencing what we’d done during the day, as it was noted on the pre check-in competed online, as we were arriving late. Nice to have a city hotel with a pool, sauna and steam room, which made for a nice start to the following day. Breakfast was great, with hot food made to order, along with honey from the hives on the roof of the hotel - a great touch. "

"The Gainsborough Bath Spa Hotel…Spa Girl Heaven As a spa girl, I had to come to Bath, and this hotel spoke to me. The spa is absolutely adorable, and my massage? 👩‍🍳💋 Pure perfection. The front desk was delightful, and our room was super cute. Bath as a town winds down early (around 8 PM), so if I came back, I’d do it like this: spa in the morning, explore in the afternoon, spa again, dinner, then bed. Highly recommend for a blissful, relaxing getaway. "
