"Property was basic but clean. Traveled for leisure with family. Room and bathroom was nice. Bathroom was very very small, you could not sit on the toilet and also close the door without taking off your legs. We got a laugh out of this.
There was a fridge with freezer in the room. Free breakfast available that was adequate and staff kept stocked. Free parking on site. There was an outdoor pool that looked beautiful but we did not use it. Elevator available."
"John was great! Definitely a pleasure to meet him. He helped me get settled while being overwhelmed due to the death of my father approaching. It’s nice to meet people that really care!"
"Pretty great experience overall. We had a couple issues of the rooms not being stocked with towels or soap when we arrived. But they fixed that. Both toilets had to be fixed while we were there, unlucky I guess. But we really enjoyed the pool, gas grills and convenient location to all the amenities in Williamsburg. Would stay again if we are in the area."
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Williamsburg-Historic Gateway by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Great location; 5-6 min drive to stores and downtown.
Everyone is pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast of good value if one books it before arrival; however is boring, some variation from day to day would be well worth it."
