"Check in felt like a nightmare :( The person who was checking us in was dismissive to us saying that the card reader wasn’t taking cards despite the cards we tried having money MULTIPLE TIMES. Sends over to another computer and it works. Then sends us in an all around unhelpful loop to find our room which had a super disappointing view 😭if you aren’t above the 3 the floor, I would NOT recommend this hotel if you want a view of literally anything."

"Property is a bit outdated but yet still expensive. Showers was nice but furniture needs replacement along with a little painting would definitely help. (Some TLC) The price of the hotel and food was not deserving to be that outdated. Was unable to open balcony doors and restaurant on the 17th floor was booked for a party but nothing notified of this, found out when we got there."

"We have stayed at Luskin many times for clinical trial and cancer treatment at UCLA. Staff is always exceptional in their support, customer service and accommodation requests. Always feel like every member of the team truly wants you to have the best experience possible. Rooms and entire property are so very spacious and incredibly clean. Being able to open a window in the room is a wonderful feature. Staff has always accommodated with a mini fridge request, as I travel with medication requiring cooling (otherwise, doesn’t appear that fridge comes standard in the room). Very comfortable beds. Great restaurant on property. Convenient in-out self-parking accessible by the elevator (separate fee but that is Los Angeles:) Great, walkable location in Westwood village and on the grounds of the UCLA campus.
