We had very comfortable stay at Studio city court yard hotel. Location is the best with surrounding so many food place and big grocery store. Universal park visitor can overnight stay here and save some money. Anthony helped us and give us many tips to schedule the universal trip. No complaints about cleanliness. Only thing I could say it’s old property but gated and very reasonable parking fees.

The staff is very friendly. The free coffee in the lobby every AM is delicious. This is an older motel or apartment building converted. The room was clean and what you expect in Los Angeles for this rate of room. A bit older, pillows not great but it’s in a good location for meeting up without family.

The room was smelling really bad, the bed sheets and pillows smell like old use and it didn’t change. The bath tub was very yellow low maintanance. We saw a mouse. And there was one half use toilet paper. Service was good. Also all night was peope talking and running.
