"We stayed here for 7 nights. The concierge was very friendly and efficient, and spoke both Spanish and English, which was a huge plus. We had the family room, and it was nicely laid out with large windows and a large bed as well as a twin sofa bed. There was also enough space to do yoga. The room also came equipped with a kettle and supplies for tea or coffee. It was nice to have Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is no body lotion, but that didn’t matter since we always bring our own. The shower was nice and warm, and it was easy to ask for fresh towels. It would have been nice, however, to have some storage for our clothes so that we wouldn’t have to keep them in our luggage. There is no gym, but it was easy to go running in the vicinity, since the hotel is so close to the TV Tower and Museum Island. It’s also super close to shopping and various restaurants and coffee shops. Getting to the hotel from the airport was also super easy too. Getting around the city was also super easy, as there are various s-bahn and u-banh stations within short walking distances. The breakfast was excellent. I was so happy to have various vegan options for both my coffee and breakfast food. It wasn’t crowded before 8am, which worked well for us. There are two coffee machines and an array of other drinks. The hotel is well priced. We would stay here again. Thank you Holiday Inn Express Alexanderplatz! "

"We enjoyed our five day stay in this historic building. Check in and out is easy and staff is very attentive. The essentials room made for easy access to laundry services and any room essentials from towels to tissue. We had a wonderful Christmas Day dinner in the Luzii restaurant in the same building."

"Great location, easy access to transport, food, the Christmas markets and the tourist hop on hop off bus is across the road. The staff were helpful and friendly and we had Christmas lunch at Spargo restaurant which was excellent! "
