"It’s a slightly tired hotel and not very quiet , receptionist was rather abrupt several times … it’s my first time at the hotel it’s convenient and the security staff are one hundred times more pleasant and the omelette chef was a star ! Very nice chap indeed . I now know next time to book a deluxe room sadly booking a double meant I got twin beds …. And no chance of a topper for the second night . Lesson learned … room was super basic ."

"The transport links were very good, and the local area was beautiful, much nicer than the city. Our room had a lovely big window and was light and airy, a comfortable bed and decent shower. I would recommend that if you struggle with stairs avoid rooms 8 and 9, the stairs to our room were very steep."

"Decent for the price however, it wasn’t clean and the WI-FI never worked. I visited the reception twice and called five times informing them of the WI-FI not working. Each time I was ensured it would be checked and fixed, employees never came to the room all week. "
