"First of all, all of the staff was incredibly friendly and my husband and I enjoyed that. We ate at the restaurant three times while we were there once for breakfast two times for dinner. The food and drinks were great and a nice convenience to have right in your hotel. We also used the laundry room and was adequate. The only very slight negative was that the hotel itself could use some updates. While everything was kept clean. The carpet in the hallway seems to need some renewals. And the floor in the bathroom shower in our room had noticeable wear and tear. However, some of that is being expected being this is a great family hotel in Orlando. This did not stop us from enjoying our day!"

"This is the second time we stay there. The beds are comfortable, we can count on it to be clean, and it’s very spacious. The only downside this time is that it was under construction, and we heard the constant tapping of the roof being replaced and that I would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was not properly cleaned, there was even a roach and the AC didn’t work at night. It got extremely hot making it difficult to sleep. On top of everything when we completed the booking online it said and showed us the tall building but when we got there to do the check in it was completed different they were charging extra for that and we also had to pay an additional 150 dollars which the remaining of the booking was only 54 dollars and some change. The overall service was horrible, it felt like a scam even charging for the pool service and parking. "

"Overall, the room was nice and spacious and included a small kitchen area with a nice large balcony overlooking a pond. There were many pools on property were available to use with lifejackets for children. The biggest disappointment was that the waterpark that is advertised all over this website is not included in the resort fee. This is not disclosed anywhere on the website or in communications prior to arriving to the hotel. When we went to use the waterpark, there were several guests, complaining and berating the attendants because they assumed it was included . Ultimately after downloading their app, we had to pay $18.75 per person to use the waterpark for the day which closes very early at 6PM. It’s unfortunate because this property is quite nice, particularly for the price, but the deception of the waterpark soured my image of the resort."

"Room was outdated; some things not working such as lamps; gum on the carpet - never cleaned. Elevator making a loud noise. Market employees not really friendly and more worried about a tip than serving. "

"Breakfast buffet was nice. They also had a menu if you wanted something else. The bed was super uncomfortable. Property was xlean and most staff was helpful. The waitress seemed overwhelmed alone. We walked across the street to seafood. Id stay here again"
