"The room was not properly cleaned, there was even a roach and the AC didn’t work at night. It got extremely hot making it difficult to sleep. On top of everything when we completed the booking online it said and showed us the tall building but when we got there to do the check in it was completed different they were charging extra for that and we also had to pay an additional 150 dollars which the remaining of the booking was only 54 dollars and some change. The overall service was horrible, it felt like a scam even charging for the pool service and parking. "

"Decent room. Floors could use a mop, but had been vacuumed cleaned. Toilet paper holder was loose and fell off. They just stuck it back on the wall loose so it could fall off again. Minor issues, overall stay was good. We booked a second night."
