"This has become one of my favorite properties. I booked to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. They had a beautiful towel arrangement and a chocolate mousse cake. The Views were amazing. We were on the 31st floor and could see everything. Alex, checked us in answered any questions I had and informed us of where to find Breakfast beach access and restaurants. "

"I had a lovely stay at this stunning hotel. My room was spotless, Superb Air Conditioning and WiFi. Lovely helpful staff. I had an amazing breakfast each morning and my room service for dinner was amazing too. The pool area with private beach was outstanding! Would highly recommend! "

"The hotel staff was unfriendly, and the sheets and furniture were dirty. I requested new sheets, but they never arrived. I then went to the lobby and asked for a refund because the room was not clean. The staff put me in another room, which had mold all over the table and was also dirty. I felt uncomfortable there, so I checked out two hours into my stay. The property definitely needs an upgrade. "
