"The space and everything around it is breathtaking. The staff and service was excellent. The only thing I would change is to stay longer because I didn't have enough time to enjoy it all "
"Check-in was online, so it was very easy. The resort was very quiet and beautiful. Everything would have been walkable, except it was raining so hard that we had to get chauffered around in golf carts to get to places (great service)! The room was large and modern with great design. The only draw back is that sometimes the toilet would smell of sewage. I think due to the heavy rains. The spa was amazing with great ambiance. Overall, a great relaxing home away from the city."
"Hotel Monticello is one of the nicest hotels in Tagaytay. Because it's new, the room condition is much better than the other hotels in Tagaytay and it's relatively cheaper too.
However, there are things that need improvement like poor wifi connection, breakfast selection is limited and seemed like leftovers from previous day, massage not yet operational"

"The airport shuttle is a game changer for me. Polite and courteous staff. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious. All in all this hotel gave me the perfect stay. Definitely recommend "
"A little disappointed with the breakfast food options. My daughter was looking forward to longganisa and/or tocino, daing na bangus, garlic fried rice - there were none"
"The shuttle service was a big help, but several people piled in as we were making sure our 6 pieces of luggage were being loaded. I was about to tell someone they going to have to get off because we were the only ones an hour early for that shuttle. We also tried the really nice restaurant and the hot stone massage which was a really great value"
