The Driftwood is a unique, retro fitted and cute 1950’s motel. Nicely done and very clean but on the minimalist side (which was perfectly fine for our stay). Pool very nice. Pretty convenient. I would note breakfast is pretty minimal (but plenty of restaurants around). I would recommend a small cooler if you stay there and want cold drinks.

Awesome little place. Owner really did a nice job bringing this old motel back to life. Pool is awesome, rooms are super clean, and there are some neat touches the owner does to make the stay memorable! Will definitely be back here.

Honestly, if this property was on the beach, it would have a waiting list. The community kitchen with breakfast on the weekend was excellent. Coffee - excellent. Service by the young lady in charge - excellent. If you are looking for a cool, retro place to stay, this is a great experience. If you are looking for lots of space and seating, maybe not so much. For us, it was fun and hip. Exactly what we were hoping for and so much more. The pool is excellent. The water was hot. The sleep was great. Overall A+.

The room was small, clean, and well lit. I enjoyed the music that was playing when I drove up and appreciated the lights being on and radio playing in the room upon arrival. The room didn't require a check in because a door code is emailed the day of check in. Overall, I enjoyed my overnight stay. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
