We had a great day. They upgraded us to a suite which had a kitchen and a living room. That was nice, but we really didn’t need it since we were only there overnight a little close to the interstate with a bit of noise but not terrible we’d stay there again.

The staff was nice. The room didn’t feel or smell clean. The breakfast was bad, sausage was burnt, tater tots were not fresh. This location felt a little older than the previous one I stayed at. We were only passing through and stayed 1 night, it wouldn’t have worked for us for more than 1 night. The first room we got at check in had the smoke alarm going off so we had to switch rooms.

The location is decent, and the staff were generally courteous, but the hotel itself feels like it hasn't been updated in decades.The carpets are worn and dirty, the furniture was old and worn out. The air conditioning unit rattled all night. We did not have proper pillows for the bed. Our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. The first night we had to be moved to a new room because the toilet would not flush. It was not worth the price and is likely only getting repeat stays due to the location.

Needs updated and cleaned.

Rooms were a bit dirty and run down, upholstery needs cleaned badly and kitchen still had food on dishes. No trash bags in rooms and maid service never came to room for the 3 days we were there. Breakfast was okay and different every morning. The dinning area needs updated and cleaned better. Pool needs to be cleaned better. The front desk clerk was amazing though.got us the extra towels needed, ice and anything else.

The AC unit was separated from the wall at the floor and it left a 6inch hole in the wall- unsafe for babies who crawl. The internet was down so tvs did not work- maintenance was “on it”. There were Stains on the armrests of the chair, stains on the bedroom floors, crumbs on the room floor, leftover trash from previous tenant, bathtub was peeling and had stains, refrigerator was rusted on the outside, hallways stained and there were dirty floors throughout the building. Staff was kind and helpful and understanding in giving us our full refund. Rooms should be Checked before new guests arrive.
