2/10 Terrible

"The hotel is in the middle of renovations, NO AC, Only 1Elevator works, all this information was given @ check in. It was 85 degrees in the room, they offered no fans or AC units. These types of renovation the hotel should COMPLETELY shut down until they are fully able to run normally. They offered a 5% discount upon checkout which was a joke. Breakfast was half setup, it was just not a great stay whatsoever!!"

"I really enjoyed having a room that walked right out to the gated pool area. The gym was good. I was disappointed that the garbage cans did not have liners and that they provided travel-size shampoo and not squeezables in the shower. The staff did not give us any information about the internet connection, the pool, or breakfast hours. We had to ask for sheets for the pull-out bed and more towels. The breakfast area was clean and stocked well. I do wish they had a waffle maker, but they did have juice, cereal, eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt, and hashbrowns."

"The whole place was elegant & clean. Check-in went easy. Only complaint was we scheduled the shuttle to the airport for 5 am on the night we arrived; also double-checked it the night before departure. Shuttle didn't arrive, told my name was not on the list! Then, the driver forgot to close the back doors!....we were lucky our luggage was not all over the highway."

"I am requesting a full refund for my stay at Studio 6, 125 Inn Keepers Lane, from June 6 to June 7, which was booked through Expedia. My family and I arrived at the hotel at approximately 11:00 PM and had to wait about 30 minutes to complete the check-in process. After a long day of travel, this delay was frustrating and inconvenient. The most serious issue occurred about two hours after check-in. When I used the washroom, water began overflowing from the toilet and continued to spill onto the bathroom floor. The water spread beyond the washroom area and reached our room, creating an unsanitary and highly uncomfortable environment for my family. This made our stay extremely stressful and unpleasant. A clean, safe, and properly functioning room is a basic expectation for any hotel stay. The condition of the room, particularly the toilet overflow, fell far below acceptable standards and significantly impacted our experience. Instead of enjoying our stay, we were forced to deal with a serious maintenance and sanitation issue. Given the delayed check-in and the unacceptable condition of the room due to the overflowing toilet, I believe a full refund is justified. The experience did not meet the standard of accommodation that was advertised or reasonably expected. I kindly request that Expedia review this matter and process a full refund for this reservation. I am happy to provide photographs or any additional information if required. Thank you for your time and assistance."
