"Best hotel in England"

"The hotel was lovely, the bar was very welcoming with TVs for all the sports. It was Races week and there was lots of buzz around for it, which was great! Breakfast was very good too We would stay again!"

"This is a good hotel in Liverpool city and an ideal location. Perhaps bizarrely, I have a real bug bear about coat hangers that are fixed to the wardrobes - just gives it a cheap feel. "

"It was an average larger hotel but we felt a bit disappointed by our stay, unlikely to return. The room was next to a dual carriage way and noisy with the cars/smelt of petrol fumes, when requesting a change of room we didn’t get much response. The place was generally a bit run down. The breakfast was ok but limited to traditional cereals and an average cooked breakfast- little choice for vegetarians, continentals or those who wish for more healthy options. "
