"we had only situation. The second day when arrived at night the door of the room was open. We requested the cleaning room this day, we think they left the door open. It was uncomfortable but everything was in its place. We notified to manager."

"1 bedroom suite was absolutely beautiful!! Ocean view breathtaking 😍. Went with my husband and 2 young adult daughters. Everyone loved it. Was able to make dinner one night and enjoyed dinner at the Mahi Mahi pool side bar. Pool is huge and very clean. We enjoyed the sunrise on the beach. Only one small issue for us. The beach is lovely but dangerous to swim in due to constant riptides and strong waves."

"Hotel El Convento combined history and luxury. Building was gorgeous! Room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Staff was excellent and so friendly. The only downside is that there is no parking in Old San Juan, so if you are going there hold off on renting a car and just use uber. We would stay at El Convento again."
