Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. The workers woke us up at 8am and they called us at 9:30...

"This resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect — close to shops and dining, yet surrounded by beautiful scenery. The beach was an absolute 10/10. We loved the family-friendly programs for kids, the delicious drinks at the bar, and the welcoming, pleasant staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked.
