"The staff was personable and helpful from Jazz at reception; Ariella, Juan, and Emmanuel in dining; Henry with evening entertainment. All staff were so hardworking. They really made the stay special. The property is beautiful. Only downside is having to take a taxi everywhere and the long walk down to the pool, dining and beaches. The wifi is also a little spotty in the rooms. "
