Only stayed one night but customer service was great, food was decent with buffet style. The room was clean with AC and “select” rooms included amenities with morning coffee and mexican bread. The hotel includes shuttle transport every 30 minutes to their sister hotel which includes the same services and was nice with the beach next to it. Overall nice stay.

This hotel was traditional and so well maintained. The food was excellent so fresh and lots of Mexican treats and meals. The beach club was amazing and so awesome to be a part of the package. The pool at the hotel was nice to cool off in and the rooms were basic, but very neat and the staff was excellent.

The staff and grounds at the hotel were outstanding. We enjoyed the chilled vibe and the staff went out of there way to make you feel like family. The food is more Mexican inspired and all the people in the restaurants were also outstanding.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is excellent. Very friendly, kind and helpful. Things you need to know before you go: The hotel has a beach club, but it opens at ten and closes at 6 so people who stay at Benniguenda must leave at 6. Last shuttle from beach club to hotel is at 6.
