Thank you. Overall, we liked the apartment. It's more of a long-term apartment than a couple of days. The 2 rating was a bit of a bummer, but we took a chance and were right. The center and old town are within walking distance. There are shops and a pizzeria. The interior is quite neat. There are cutlery, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. It's very cozy. It's like a mini studio. Yes, there were some minor issues with the renovation. But you can't keep track of everything, and the workers can be clumsy. The photo of the bathroom shelf is in an awkward location, and it's missing a single screw. Terrible. Something definitely needs to be fixed. Otherwise, thank you.

ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies like soap for dishwasher or dish towels, no instructions for using the appliances furnished…not everyone staying is Italian. Bed was comfortable but only had a heavy duvet, needed top sheet and blanket badly for those who don’t want HEAVY covers. It was ok and I’d give it a 3 if it hadn’t been for lack of communication/support for the Wi-Fi password which we very much needed.That was a minus 1. Would not recommend unless you just want to “wing it”
