"We arrived late and although it was slightly complicated at first as we had to WhatsApp to get access to the building, and then had codes for the interior doors, once we were in we were very happy. The room was very nice, as was the bathroom and we were able to use the kitchen area as well. Aircon was very welcome to help with sleep. It was anlso useful to be able to log into our tv apps. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and we were able to leave our luggage all day before we collected it...

"We loved this place! You can't beat the location. You step outside and you're right in the middle of everything. The inside of the unit was very clean, updated, and had great amenities. There is no front desk but there is no need for one. The host is very responsive in assisting you in giving detailed information for whatever you need. "Exquisite hotel in old town Bari. It is centrally located, so it made it easy to tour beautiful Old Town Bari. The hotel has an interesting history - it is part of a former Palazzo of the noble Calo family. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful. Our flight coming in got in very late (long after reception closed)- they provided clear instructions to get into the hotel and into our room without issue. On our way home, the flight left very late as well. They graciously held our bags for a good portion of the day and helped find us a taxi to get to the airport."
