"Very clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe apartment, which has elevator access and is convenient. Equipped with lots of amenities. Even with coffee capsules to start the mornings. "Glad I found this hotel. Great location, friendly professional staff, especially front desk. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very fresh and nice selection. So good I stayed an extra night rather than going elsewhere. "

"check in was extremely easy, received a whatsapp with video instructions on how to access the room, great idea. the room was between the station and the center, about 15 minute walk to old town. it was perfect location for us. also next to all antico vinao - a sandwich shop we have been to in many cities, make sure you go here. a couple of ants around the bed which i dispatched onto the balcony easily (had noticed this in a couple of places in italy so not just here, so not a problem) hot tub was good and came with video instruction via whatsapp which was a majot plus as they are normally quite fiddly. shower was excellent although i woudl consider getting seprate shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in future and maybe have a moisturieser aswell to take it up a notch. the bed was very comfortable with comfortable pillows. free coffee pod machine. free water. what more do you need!"
